Frank has been awesome but we are very concerned about the fact that our 2011 Prius which we have been extremely satisfied with is starting to burn oil. Most recently it seems to be burning approximately 1 quart of oil every 300 miles of highway driving. We have been the biggest proponent of the Prius and have told many of our friends to purchase one. Now we don’t know what to tell them. We want to get this resolved. We take excellent care of our vehicle and it looks great . But we want to take care of the problem of the oil consumption. Hopefully Toyota will resolve this as I have seen it as a problem with many other Prius is through my Internet research.We have been very happy with the dealership and Frank has been awesome in assisting us in everything we are just concerned about the product!!!!
I walked in and my sales person was Jeff Fosse. I sat down, said what my limitations were and what payment I wanted. Working with his manager they found me a car that fit my budget. I love my car and it is the first Toyota of many I've ever owned.

This is the way a dealership should be run. John Paladino is a man of his word. Did negotiating for second time at this dealership over the phone with John. When I showed up, all went as planned and discussed. I am most happy with my 2019 Toyota Highlander XLE and the trade in for my 2015 Highlander XLE.
We purchased our third Toyota Sienna from the Garber dealership in Fox Lake, yesterday. We dealt with a Toyota dealership in Libertyville previously because both my wife and I worked in that area. We both are retired now and felt that Fox Lake would be more convenient for us. We were very pleased with the people we dealt with at Graber. Everyone from the salesman, the financial person and the patient young lady who helped us with the new tech features in the new car were friendly and knowledgeable. We were never pressured, but were encouraged to look around, ask questions and try out the vehicles we were interested in. And we were very happy to find that the entire transaction took place in less than 2 1/2 hours. We look forward to bringing our shiny, new van to Graber for regular maintenance. Bob Samuelson
Easy to get an appointment, was taken care of efficiently
Went in 11/3 at 7:00 AM; oil change ,tire rotation, PCV valve replacement.Completed by 9:00 AM; doing scheduled maintenance at Garber has been pleasant and painless financially.
