We worked with two sales staff, Tony Feucht and Gene Longsworth. The experience was very good. We checked out new Highlanders both 2020 and 2019. We did not drive the cars on our first visit but returned for a second visit. After returning, we checked both years and Tony showed us a leased 2017 Highlander Limited Platinum. After a road test we decided to take this car. We were shown the maintenance records and carfax report. The atmosphere at the dealership was excellent.
